The Lake Norman Charter Knights basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Carson Cougars to 22 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Langtree Charter for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Lake Norman Charter will battle a Lions team coming off a 59-37 non-league loss to Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Lions record now stands at 0-8.
The Cougars (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against North Rowan (Spencer, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, North Rowan was routed by Robinson (Concord, NC), 64-28, in a non-league contest.
