The Cougars now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christ the King for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 22. Charlotte Catholic will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 58-36 non-league win over Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-3.

The CMS Athletics (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Butler (Matthews, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Butler trounced East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 52-42, in a non-league battle.
