Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD), 67-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Great Mills upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Annapolis (Annapolis, MD) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Braves play the Northern Patriots (Owings, MD) in a bout, on Thursday, January 5. Chopticon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
