The Soledad Aztecs (Soledad, CA) basketball knocked off the host Stevenson Pirates (Pebble Beach, CA), 45-36 in Friday's non-league test.

The Aztecs (1-3) will now prepare for their test against San Lorenzo Valley (Felton, CA). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 5-4 record.

The Pirates now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Soquel for a non-league test on Saturday, December 17. Stevenson will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 62-36 non-league win over Trinity Christian (Monterey, CA). The Knights record now stands at 6-3.
