The David Thibodaux Bulldogs basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Acadiana Rams to 35 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Port Barre for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. David Thibodaux will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 52-29 non-league loss to Eunice (Eunice, LA). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-8.

The Rams (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Church Point (Church Point, LA). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Church Point nudged LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA), 60-51, in a non-league contest.
