The Brandon Valley Lynx (Brandon, SD) basketball nipped the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD), 45-40 in Saturday's league test.

The Lynx (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Bolts go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record.

The Rough Riders now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Lincoln for a AA test on Friday, December 29.
