The Ord Chanticleers (Ord, NE) basketball crushed the visiting Centura Centurions (Cairo, NE), 55-34 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Chanticleers (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Grand Island Central Catholic (Grand Island, NE). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Grand Island Central Catholic was trounced by Central City (Central City, NE), 47-43, in a non-league test.
The Centurions now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Cross County for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Centura will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 50-45 non-league loss to Adams Central (Hastings, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 4-2.
