The Crossville Lions basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Ider Hornets to 45 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 2-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plainview for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Crossville will battle a Bears team coming off a 65-54 league win over Geraldine (Geraldine, AL). The Bears record now stands at 9-3.
The Hornets (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Ardmore (Ardmore, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-12 record.
