Colorado High School Basketball - Wiggins topped by Sedgwick County

The Sedgwick County Cougars basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Wiggins Tigers to 32 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Akron for a 3A/2A Lower Platte contest on Friday, January 5. Sedgwick County will battle a Rams team coming off a 63-32 non-league loss to Merino (Merino, CO). The Rams record now stands at 2-3.

The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Byers (Byers, CO). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Byers prevailed over Elbert (Elbert, CO), 53-38, in a non-league contest.
