Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Berea-Midpark Titans (Berea, OH), 60-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Avon Lake upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Shoremen host Midview (Grafton, OH) to clash with the Middies in a Southwestern bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Middies go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Midview lost 53-43 in their recent league bout against Steele (Amherst, OH)

Next up, the Titans clash with the Steele Comets (Amherst, OH) in a Southwestern bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Berea-Midpark will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 53-43 league win over Midview (Grafton, OH).
