Alabama High School Basketball - Lakeside School thwarts Chambers Academy

The Lakeside School Chiefs (Eufaula, AL) basketball knocked off the host Chambers Academy Rebels (LaFayette, AL), 35-26 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Chiefs (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Glenwood (Phenix City, AL). The Gators go into the non-league test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Glenwood notched a victory over Brookstone (Columbus, GA), 57-52, in a non-league test.
The Rebels now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Edgewood Academy for a non-league test on Monday, December 18. Chambers Academy will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 66-34 non-league win over Sparta Academy (Evergreen, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-2.
