With the win, Georgia Christian upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Generals host Atkinson County (Pearson, GA) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 8-3.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA) in a A D2 Region 2 bout, on Friday, January 5. Echols County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
