With the win, Johnson Bayou upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Rebels host South Cameron (Creole, LA) to clash with the Tarpons in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Tarpons go into the bout with a record of 3-7.

Next up, the Tarpons clash with the Gueydan Bears (Gueydan, LA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. South Cameron will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
