Red Lion Christian Academy Lions (Bear, DE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Odyssey Charter Owls (Wilmington, DE), 33-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Red Lion Christian Academy upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lions travel to St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-6. St. Georges Tech lost 58-34 in their recent non-league bout against Howard (Wilmington, DE)

Next up, the Owls clash with the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Odyssey Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
