The Pelham Hornets basketball team (Pelham, GA), was nudged 46-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Turner County Titans (Ashburn, GA)
The Titans now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilcox County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Turner County will battle a Patriots team coming off a 41-20 non-league win over Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 8-0.
The Hornets (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Berrien (Nashville, GA). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Berrien was nudged by Lowndes (Valdosta, GA), 66-16, in a non-league battle.
