The Teaneck Highwaymen basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Ridgewood Maroons to 38 in the Highwaymen non-league victory on Saturday.

The Highwaymen now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodbury for a non-league contest on Sunday, December 17. Teaneck will battle a Thundering Herd team coming off a 49-37 non-league loss to Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 0-2.

The Maroons (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Nighthawks come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record.
