The Western Reserve Roughriders basketball team (Collins, OH), was overwhelmed 55-34 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH)
The Trojans now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loudonville for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. South Central will confront a Redbirds team coming off a 78-12 league win over Central Christian (Kidron, OH). The Redbirds record now stands at 6-0.
The Roughriders (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Edison (Milan, OH). The Chargers come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Edison trounced Firelands (Oberlin, OH), 51-46, in a non-league battle.
