The Wheeling Park Patriots basketball team scored 85 points and held the visiting Spring Valley Timberwolves to 55 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Patriots now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morgantown for a Two Rivers contest on Tuesday, December 19. Wheeling Park will meet a Mohigans team coming off a 74-26 non-league win over Albert Gallatin (Uniontown, PA). The Mohigans record now stands at 3-0.

The Timberwolves (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Huntington (Huntington, WV). The Highlanders enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Huntington was routed by Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV), 64-63, in a league contest.
