In Saturday's league test, the host Cheshire Rams ice hockey team scored a tight 5-2 win over the Watertown/Pomperaug Indians.

The Rams (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT). The Guardians enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record.

Next up, the Indians encounter the South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, December 20. Watertown/Pomperaug will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Bobcats enter the test with a 1-0 record after their 3-2 league win over Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT).
