The Eastern CT Eagles (Groton, CT) ice hockey bounced the visiting Housatonic/Northwestern/Wamogo Mountaineers (Falls Village, CT), 12-3 in Saturday's league contest.

With the victory, Eastern CT Eagles moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The host Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT) to face the Centaurs in a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. The Centaurs go into the contest with a record of 0-1. Woodstock Academy lost 6-1 in their recent non-league contest against Prout (Wakefield, RI)

The Mountaineers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to BBD [Brookfield/Bethel/Danbury] for a Southern Connecticut - DIII challenge on Wednesday, December 20.
