In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA) ice hockey team the host Martha's Vineyard Regional Vineyarders (Oak Bluffs, MA), by a margin of 4-1.
The Whalers now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barnstable for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. Nantucket will clash with a Red Hawks team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Canton (Canton, MA). The Red Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
