The Wilson Tigers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Marion Swamp Foxes to 38 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marlboro County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Wilson will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-25 non-league win over Scotland (Laurinburg, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-0.

The Swamp Foxes (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Socastee dropped by Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC), 43-21, in a non-league contest.
