South Carolina High School Basketball - Scotland topped by Marlboro County

The Marlboro County Bulldogs basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Scotland Fighting Scots to 25 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Marlboro County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 51-38 non-league win over Marion (Marion, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
The Fighting Scots (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Vikings come into the contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Union Pines prevailed over Lee County (Sanford, NC), 76-36, in a non-league contest.
