In Monday's league contest, the host Karns City Gremlins basketball team scored a big 59-29 triumph over the Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons.

The Gremlins (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cranberry Area (Seneca, PA). The Berries go into the Keystone Shortway contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Cranberry Area smashed Union (Rimersburg, PA), 65-30, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons confront the North Clarion Wolves (Tionesta, PA) in a Keystone Shortway contest, on Friday, December 20. Allegheny-Clarion Valley will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 75-17 league win over East Forest (Marienville, PA).
