Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Greater Johnstown triumphant over Bishop Carroll

December 16, 2024: Johnstown, PA 15902

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA) and the visiting Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA), observed Greater Johnstown's basketball team overwhelm Bishop Carroll by a score of 63-24.

The Trojans (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Lions come into the Laurel Highlands challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Chestnut Ridge trounced Richland (Johnstown, PA), 72-56, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Huskies encounter the Portage Mustangs (Portage, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Bishop Carroll will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
