Georgia High School Basketball - Buford sneaks past Mill Creek

December 16, 2024: Hoschton, GA 30548

The Buford Wolves basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Mill Creek Hawks to 47 in the Wolves league triumph on Monday.

The Wolves now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Forsyth for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Buford will play a Raiders team coming off a 69-61 league win over South Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Mill Creek falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Cherokee (Canton, GA) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 8-3.
