In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Cave Springs Hornets basketball team scored a big 54-22 triumph over the Gans Grizzlies.
The Hornets (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Watts (Watts, OK). The Engineers go into the Arrowhead contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Watts was trounced by Afton (Afton, OK), 66-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Grizzlies confront the Central Tigers (Sallisaw, OK) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Gans will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 49-35 league win over Oktaha (Oktaha, OK).
