In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Edison basketball team scored a good 72-56 triumph over the Richmond Hill Lions.

The (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lane (Brooklyn, NY). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Lane topped Hillcrest (Jamaica, NY), 70-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Archbishop Molloy Stanners (Queens, NY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Richmond Hill will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record.
