Maine High School Basketball - Houlton knocks off Fort Fairfield

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Houlton Shiretowners basketball team scored a good 53-36 win over the Fort Fairfield Tigers.
The Shiretowners (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The Wildcats come into the B North contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Presque Isle defeated Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME), 65-51, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. Fort Fairfield will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 62-54 league loss to Katahdin (Sherman Station, ME).
