In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Stuarts Draft Cougars basketball team scored a big 78-31 triumph over the Stonewall Jackson Generals.
The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Luray (Luray, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Luray smashed Pendleton County (Franklin, WV), 64-61, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Generals battle the Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Stonewall Jackson will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Bison go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 47-32 non-league win over Stonewall Jackson (Quicksburg, VA).
