The Bengals now possess a 1-6 record. They play next when they host Cornerstone Charter for a 1A Northwest Piedmont bout on Tuesday, December 17. Triad Math and Science Academy will play a Cardinals team coming off a 55-25 league loss to Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Phoenix Academy falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Firebirds host College Prep & Leadership Academy (Jamestown, NC) to play the Royals in a 1A Northwest Piedmont bout on Thursday, December 19. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 5-0. College Prep & Leadership Academy won 53-32 in their recent league bout against Carver (Winston-Salem, NC)
