Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Reading knocks off Berks Catholic

December 16, 2024: Reading, PA 19611

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Reading Red KNights (Reading, PA) and the host Berks Catholic Saints (Reading, PA), observed Reading's basketball team overcome Berks Catholic by a score of 56-42.

The Red KNights (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson (West Lawn, PA). The Bulldogs come into the Berks County 1 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Wilson dropped by Governor Mifflin (Shillington, PA), 47-45, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints battle the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 19. Berks Catholic will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Muhls come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 40-38 non-league loss to Twin Valley (Elverson, PA).
