Georgia High School Basketball - Mill Creek fells Buford

The Mill Creek Hawks basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Buford Wolves to 51 in the Hawks league triumph on Monday.

The Hawks now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wesleyan for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Mill Creek will confront a Wolves team coming off a 67-66 league loss to Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Buford falls to 8-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Carver (Columbus, GA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 3-4.
