The Central Cass Squirrels (Casselton, ND) basketball edged the visiting Kindred Vikings (Kindred, ND), 58-52 in Monday's league bout.
The Squirrels now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Grafton for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 19. Central Cass will play a Spoilers team coming off a 62-58 non-league loss to Crookston (Crookston, MN). The Spoilers record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Kindred falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Valley City (Valley City, ND) to play the Hi-Liners in a A Region 1 bout on Thursday, December 19. The Hi-Liners go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Valley City won 56-35 in their recent league bout against Oak Grove Lutheran (Fargo, ND)
