The Dixon Bulldogs basketball team scored 34 points and limited the visiting Heide Trask Titans to 33 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northside - Jacksonville for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. Dixon will confront a Monarchs team coming off a 43-34 non-league win over South Central (Winterville, NC). The Monarchs record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Heide Trask falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Titans host Richlands (Richlands, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 0-9. Richlands lost 41-12 in their recent non-league game against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC)
