North Carolina High School Basketball - Jordan-Matthews knocked off by Chatham Central

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Chatham Central Bears (Bear Creek, NC) basketball team were winner over the visiting Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC), by a tally of 58-49.

The Bears now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Eastern Randolph for a non-league bout on Thursday, December 18. Chatham Central will play a Wildcats team coming off a 74-37 non-league loss to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Jordan-Matthews falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Jets host Central Carolina Academy (Sanford, NC) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 18. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. Central Carolina Academy lost 69-11 in their recent league challenge against Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC)
