North Carolina High School Basketball - Langtree Charter Academy trounced by Corvian Community

December 16, 2025: Charlotte, NC 28269

The Langtree Charter Academy Lions basketball squad (Mooresville, NC), was crushed 87-57 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC)

The Cardinals (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against East Ridge (Chattanooga, TN). The Pioneers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, East Ridge trounced Brainerd (Chattanooga, TN), 52-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions encounter the Central Academy of Technology & Arts Cougars (Monroe, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 17. Langtree Charter Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 5-3 record after their 58-56 league loss to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC).
