In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Auburn Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 42-22 triumph over the Freeman Falcons.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Douglas County West Falcon (Valley, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 18. Auburn will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Falcon enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 63-22 non-league win over Raymond Central (Raymond, NE).
With the defeat, Freeman moves to 5-1 on the year. The Falcons host Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE) to meet the Thunderbirds in a C2 District 1 match on Tuesday, December 21. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a record of 5-2. Johnson County Central won 45-42 in their recent non-league match against Louisville (Louisville, NE)
