The Phil Campbell Bobcats basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host East Lawrence Eagles to 24 in the Bobcats league victory on Friday.

The Bobcats now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Susan Moore for a non-league contest on Monday, December 20. Phil Campbell will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 81-20 non-league win over Austin (Decatur, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-2.

The Eagles (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Winston County (Double Springs, AL). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 14-0 record. In their last contest, Winston County triumphed over Lynn (Lynn, AL), 53-21, in a non-league contest.
