Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Berrien Rebels (Nashville, GA) and the visiting Atkinson County Rebels (Pearson, GA), saw Berrien's basketball squad hold off Atkinson County by a tally of 62-60.

With the victory, Berrien improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Turner County (Ashburn, GA) to battle the Titans in a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. The Titans come into the contest with a record of 3-5.

The Rebels (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Citizens Christian Academy (Douglas, GA). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Citizens Christian Academy edged Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA), 70-67, in a non-league contest.
