The Buckeye Valley Barons basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Whitehall-Yearling Rams to 49 in the Barons league victory on Saturday.

The Barons now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbus Academy for a Mid-State - Ohio contest on Monday, December 19. Buckeye Valley will battle a Vikings team coming off a 46-36 league win over Wellington School (Columbus, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 6-0.

The Rams (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wellington School (Columbus, OH). The Jaguars come into the Mid-State - Ohio contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Wellington School was defeated by Columbus Academy (Gahanna, OH), 46-36, in a league contest.
