With the win, Eastern Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hawthorne Christian (Hawthorne, NJ) to play the Defenders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Defenders go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Hawthorne Christian lost 56-43 in their recent non-league bout against Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Pompton Lakes Cardinals (Pompton Lakes, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Butler will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 68-31 non-league loss to Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ).
