The Conway Christian Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting St. Joseph Bulldogs to 47 in the Eagles league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to England for a 2A Region 5 contest on Wednesday, January 4. Conway Christian will meet a Lions team coming off a 75-28 league win over Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR). The Lions record now stands at 4-2.
The Bulldogs (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Maumelle Charter was nudged by DeWitt (DeWitt, AR), 56-34, in a non-league contest.
