Georgia High School Basketball - Greene County knocked off by Warren County

The Warren County Screaming Devils basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Greene County Tigers to 42 in the Screaming Devils league triumph on Saturday.

The Screaming Devils now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Warren County will battle a Warriors team coming off a 53-43 non-league loss to Laney (Augusta, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.

The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Wesleyan was defeated by White County (Cleveland, GA), 47-36, in a league contest.
