West Virginia High School Basketball - Ripley winner over Hoover

The Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) basketball felled the visiting Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV), 59-47 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Vikings (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Marietta (Marietta, OH). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Marietta thwarted John Glenn (New Concord, OH), 59-43, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Winfield for a Cardinal test on Tuesday, December 20. Hoover will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 57-51 non-league win over Hurricane (Hurricane, WV). The Generals record now stands at 4-0.
