The McIntosh Demons basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Thomasville Tigers to 51 in the Demons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Demons now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thomasville for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. McIntosh will battle a Tigers team coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Leroy (Leroy, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 8-5.
The Tigers (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Clarke County (Grove Hill, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Clarke County was defeated by Jackson (Jackson, AL), 64-55, in a non-league contest.
