With the victory, Wetumpka upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 1-2. Montgomery Catholic won 71-35 in their recent non-league bout against Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL)

Next up, the Eagles play the Franklin Admirals (Franklin, TN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Montgomery Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Admirals come into the bout with a 9-2 record after their 66-49 non-league win over Riverdale (Murfreesboro, TN).
