The Benton Panthers routed the host Arkansas Razorbacks basketball squad by a margin of 70-34 in Saturday's league test.
The Panthers (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Bryant (Bryant, AR). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Bryant was trounced by Nettleton (Jonesboro, AR), 36-29, in a non-league test.
The Razorbacks now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeside for a 5A South test on Thursday, December 22. Arkansas will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 52-36 league win over Hot Springs (Hot Springs, AR). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.
