The New Trier Trevians basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Elk Grove Grenadiers to 24 in the Trevians non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Trevians now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lane Tech for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. New Trier will meet a Lane Tech team coming off a 65-32 non-league loss to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Lane Tech record now stands at 6-6.
The Grenadiers (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against West Aurora (Aurora, IL). The Blackhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record.
