With the victory, Mt. Zion improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Elberta (Elberta, AL) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 0-14. Elberta lost 50-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Baker (Mobile, AL)

Next up, the Tigers play the Rockmart Yellowjackets (Rockmart, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 28. Temple will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record.
